1.Conditions of use and back-up copy
User agrees that MGE owns all copyright and other proprietary
rights in and to the Software.
MGE grants to the user the non-exclusive and non-transferable
right to use the software and the documentation.
The user is permitted to make copies for back-up purposes only.
2.licence period
This licence agreement runs for 20 years from the date of acceptance
except in case of termination by MGE for breach by the user of its provisions.
3.limited warranty
The warranty is limited to the replacement of the software due
to defects in manufacturing or material in the storage medium which are reported
within 90 days of the date of receipt.
MGE cannot be held responsible in any way for direct or indirect
damage resulting from the use or inability to use the software,even
if MGE was forwarned of the risks incurred.
4.Miscellaneous
All litigation resulting from this licence agreement will be submitted
to the commercial court of Grenoble which is granted exclusive rights of
judgement.French law shall be applicable

This new version of the Network Shutdown Module V3 software offers additional benefits.
Warning: with a UPS equipped with the Network Management Card Edition 2006 "ref 66102",
it is mandatory to upgrade the firmware revision to /BA (or later).
To check the card firmware revision, open the card Web page "UPS properties -> About your UPS"
To upgrade the firmware, consult the
MGE Web download site.
The use of Network Shutdown Module V3 with a Network Management Card 2006 "ref 66102"
revision /AA can lead to a dysfunction of the shutdown feature.
